Half Stick Frame 2-Car Garage, Half 2-Story Pole Barn.

This project was constructed utilizing both post frame and stick frame methods. The site drops 3' from the garage level to the slab level of the pole barn section, but meshes perfectly with the site and the existing driveway. The old garage was torn down and a fresh 4" cap of concrete was installed. The area behind was then excavated mostly level for the pole barn.
